Invitation letters and registration forms have now been sent out to all members in the surrounding areas and all new members who have joined the Foundation in the last 4 years.  If you have not received your letter, please contact the Registered Office as soon as possible as numbers may have to be limited.  Please note that, unfortunately, due to child protection laws and our insurance policies the Foundation is unable to include any children or WS adults at this convention, however, a creche will be provided for infants under the age of 5.  We hope this will not put parents off supporting the event.
