I’m a Registered Mental Health Nurse, and a specialist in Mental Capacity. My career has
been wide and varied, however has always centred on giving a voice to those who struggle
to be heard and trying, wherever I can, to raise the profile of mental health and learning
disability care provision so that it has the same regard and priority as that of physical
healthcare.

I became involved with the Williams Syndrome Foundation after I did a piece of work
alongside a member and haven’t looked back! I offer support and guidance in relation to all
things concerning the Mental Capacity Act and decision making.
