George wasn’t diagnosed with Williams Syndrome until he was 6 1/2 yrs old, on April 17th 2007. He’s now 23 and actively involved in the many aspects of improving and empowering the everyday lives of young adults with learning and physical disabilities, not only here in Devon but nationally. 

George has been invited to sit on various committees giving feedback to professionals across the health care industry. The biggest to date was at a NHS National conference in Somerset. 

He is also a steering group member of the amazing Funky Llama drama group at the Theatre Royal,Plymouth. Performing and promoting full inclusion within the world of  performing arts! 

Whilst George may have several William Syndrome related medical issues, he uses the time at any appointments to them all about WS!
