As well as an amazing one off donation, colleagues from across the group will partake in fundraising events throughout the year including fundraising challenges, a quiz night and a bake sale. Parent company AIG will match donations and fundraising which will make a huge difference to the WSF and WS families.

Talbot chose the WSF as their Charity of the Year after a nomination from Sarah Brien who has a close friendship with Cathal Baynton’s family.

“This is a really exciting opportunity for the WSF! We cannot thank Sarah and Claire (Cathal’s mum) enough for the initial nomination and their subsequent support alongside Katy & Merry Burrows in lobbying the employees to vote for us! We are really looking forward to working with Sarah to make the most of this partnership.” Liz Martin

“I am absolutely thrilled that the Williams Syndrome Foundation has been selected as the Talbot Charity for 2024! I have been stopped by so many people asking me to pass on their congratulations as they are all delighted that such a deserving charity will be awarded with the funds. There are a huge amount of opportunities throughout the year to work with us to increase the amount further. The charity for 2023 had £63,000 raised, so this is a big opportunity for us to work together over the course of 2024.” Sarah Brien, Talbot
