TRUSTEE VACANCIES

We currently have two Trustee Vacancies on the WSF Management Committee and are inviting applications from our WSF members who have business or life experiences which will complement the diverse skill set of our existing committee members. Our Trustees are volunteers who all have strong links to a WS person (usually a family member). Their duties are to :

  1. Ensure that the WSF is carrying out its purposes for the public benefit
  2. Comply with the WSF governing document and the law
  3. Act in the best interest of the WSF
  4. Ensure that the WSF is accountable
  5. Manage the resources of the WSF responsibly
  6. Act with reasonable care and skill

All trustees are expected to attend 4 meetings a year in London and will have their travel expenses reimbursed.

One of the two vacancies is for the role of Treasurer, which is essential for our organisation’s operations.
